The FX Rate Calculator has been designed with an emphasis on flexibility. It is possible to:

• Change a currency amount and the tool will re-calculate the other currency amounts based on the current tool fx rates.
• Edit one or more fx rates and the tool will calculate the other currency amounts relative to the base currency.
• Change the base currency (initially set to British Pounds).
• Change which additional currency can be viewed in the table.

The FX Rate Calculator is initialised with fx rate data retrieved from the Euro foreign exchange reference rates page of the European Central Bank. The last date of retrieval is shown on the tool page.
